Confluence Academy-  This $1,606,590 job was a three phase remodel of the Confluence Academy school in St. Louis

St. Louis Water Division-  This project was the construction of a new facilities building and pipeyard that cost $639,496

City Academy-  At a cost of $10,676,552 Legacy Building Group constructed a new school for the City Academy in St. Louis.

Washington University McMillen Labs-  Legacy Building Group completed a $174,000 remodel of two labs in the McMillen building at Washington University in St. Louis.

Washington University Earth & Planetary Science- This $235,000 project was a Lab remodel for the Earth and Planetary Science department at Washington University in St. Louis.

Legacy Office Building-  This $1,617,149 project was the complete renovation of an existing industrial building into the new offices of Legacy Building Group and three other companies.

Wei Hong-  This project was the $1,739,111 remodel of a local restaurant.

Wildwood Walgreens- Legacy Building group completed the construction of a new $5,007,604 Walgreens in the City of Wildwood, MO.

St. Louis Walgreens- This project was the construction of a new $2,345,913 Walgreens store in the city of St. Louis.

Dellwood Walgreens-  The construction of a new $2,304,199 Walgreens store in Dellwood, MO.

Maryville Walgreens-  Legacy Building Group completed the construction of a new $2,015,296 Walgreens store in Maryville, IL.

North St. Louis Walgreens-  This project was the construction of a new $2,023,312 Walgreens store in North St. Louis.

Boone County Fabick-  Legacy Building Group constructed a new $6,517,347repair center for the Fabick company in Boone County, MO.

Fenton Fabick-  A new $3,974,140 rental center was constructed in Fenton, Mo, for Fabick, by Legacy Building Group.

Casino Queen Joint Venture-  Legacy Building Group worked on the construction of a new $78 Million Casino Queen in East St. Louis, IL.

Pinnacle/Embassy Suites Hotel-  This project was the $9,877,844 complete remodel of the Embassy Suites Hotel in St. Louis, MO.

Grand Marketplace- Legacy Building Group constructed a new $1,114,071 retail center in St. Louis, MO.

SSM Finance- Legacy Building Group completed a $560,118 tenant improvement for the SSM Finance Department.

Schnucks Market Inc. Downtown-  Legacy Building Group constructed a new, one of a kind, $2,635,306 Schnucks Market in downtown St. Louis.

New Building LLC-  This project was the construction of a $1,124,859, 5,440 sq.ft. retail building.

Mississippi Nights- This project was the $1,577,330 demolition of the Mississippi Nights Building.

Husch Blackwell Sanders-  Legacy Building Group completed a $1,148,050 renovation of the Husch Blackwell Sanders legal offices.
